1. Order Processing

Elmivra offers selected lab-grown diamond jewelry, loose lab-grown diamonds, ready-to-ship jewelry where available, and made-to-order jewelry such as custom-size rings. Order processing begins after payment is successfully completed.

Some Elmivra jewelry pieces, including selected rings and custom-size items, are made to order. Made-to-order pieces are produced according to the selected specifications, such as ring size, stone specification, metal, setting style, or other product details shown on the product page.

For made-to-order custom ring orders, Elmivra may match a lab-grown center stone according to the customer’s selected specifications. Where applicable, we will email the matched certificate information or certificate link for customer review before production begins.

2. Certificate Review Before Production

For eligible custom IGI-certified lab-grown diamond ring orders, Elmivra follows a certificate review process before production begins.

After checkout, we will email the matched IGI report number, certificate link, or certificate details within approximately 1–2 business days for customer review.

Customers may contact us if they have any concern about the matched certificate. If we do not receive any concern or objection within 48 hours after the certificate review email is sent, the certificate will be considered accepted and production may begin.

If the originally matched stone becomes unavailable before production starts, Elmivra may propose an equal or better alternative for customer review.

3. Production Time

Production time varies by product type, stone availability, setting style, ring size, metal, production workload, certificate review status, and order volume.

  • Loose lab-grown diamonds: usually ship in approximately 3–7 business days after order confirmation, if available.
  • Ready-to-ship, non-custom jewelry: usually ships in approximately 3–7 business days after order confirmation, if available.
  • Made-to-order jewelry and custom-size rings: usually require approximately 10–15 business days for production after order confirmation, after the certificate review period has passed, after the certificate is accepted, or after production otherwise begins.

Production timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Production time does not include international transit time, customs clearance time, courier delays, weekends, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Time

Estimated shipping time depends on destination country, courier route, customs clearance, local delivery conditions, holidays, and force majeure events.

International shipping usually takes approximately 5–12 business days after the order is shipped. Actual delivery time may vary.

5. DDP Shipping for Eligible Destinations

For eligible destinations, Elmivra may offer DDP shipping. DDP means that duties and eligible import taxes are handled by the seller or logistics provider where this service is available.

If DDP shipping is not available for a destination, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges required by local authorities.

6. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

After your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with available tracking information. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the parcel is handed over to the carrier.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, email address, and recipient name are complete and accurate before placing an order. Elmivra is not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, returned parcels, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

8. Delivery Issues

If a parcel is delayed, lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at support@elmivra.com. We may request photos, videos, delivery records, or carrier information to help investigate the issue.
