Elmivra offers lab-grown diamond jewelry, loose lab-grown diamonds, made-to-order jewelry, custom-size rings, made-to-order custom rings, and selected certified lab-grown diamond pieces.

Product images are for style and presentation reference. Differences in lighting, screen display, stone proportions, hand finishing, and production details may affect the final appearance.

4. Lab-Grown Diamonds

Elmivra products feature lab-grown diamonds unless otherwise clearly stated. Lab-grown diamonds are not natural mined diamonds. Where a product includes certificate information, the certificate details will be provided according to the product description or order workflow.

5. Custom Orders, Made-to-Order Items, and Certificate Review

For custom ring orders and made-to-order jewelry, customers may select specifications such as diamond shape, carat tier, color, clarity, cut or finish, setting style, metal, ring size, or other product details shown on the product page.

Elmivra may match a lab-grown center stone according to the selected specifications and email the matched certificate information or certificate link for customer review before production begins.

If the customer does not raise any concern or objection within 48 hours after the certificate review email is sent, the certificate will be considered accepted and production may begin.

Made-to-order jewelry and custom-size items usually require approximately 10–15 business days for production after order confirmation, after the certificate review period has passed, after the certificate is accepted, or after production otherwise begins. Production timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once the certificate review period has passed, the certificate is accepted, or production starts, made-to-order and custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded except for verified quality issues or Elmivra-side errors.

6. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in the selected store currency. Payment is required at checkout. Prices, promotions, discounts, and availability may change without notice, but final confirmed orders will be processed according to the checkout price shown at the time of payment.

Payment may be processed by third-party payment providers, including PayPal and Shopify-supported payment services.

7. Certificate Information

Certificate numbers, certificate links, and report details are provided for customer review where applicable. Certificate information may be provided before production for custom jewelry orders or shown on product pages for selected ready-to-ship pieces.

8. Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to production schedule, courier delays, customs clearance, destination restrictions, holidays, or events outside Elmivra’s control.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Made-to-order and custom-made items have special cancellation and refund restrictions due to their made-to-order nature.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order information, including shipping address, contact information, ring size, selected specifications, and email address for certificate review and order updates.
